Warranty Policy!
We Got You Covered!
All products are handcrafted and made in the United States of America. Products from the original date of creation has a 30-day warranty. All defective products must be captured and emailed to returnchinaredwigs@outlook.com. Products returned or deemed defective are subjected to intensive inspection. Defective products can be but not limited to the following: Within 30 days of creation separation of mesh band, elastic band and\or adjustable straps. Complete separation of extensions from the cap. All Shipping damages requires contact to returnchinaredwigs@outlook.com within 3 days of marked delivery date. Photos of shipping package and damaged Item must be provided. 30day warranty provides full refunds for defective product. Refunds are processed through the payment method supplied.

What are the payment options?
Here at China Red Custom Wigs payment methods are based upon the customer. We do not take payment methods over the phone. We are currently accepting Cash app, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. We Only accept cash for "Pick Up" Items. Items are not created until paid in full!!
Why can't I buy directly from the website?
We specialize in customers that want a unique experience of creating an image of a masterpiece in their own home. In the near future, we will provide pre-made custom wigs, but at the moment we only provide made-on-demand products.
Do you offer gift cards?
We provide our customers with Gift codes given out on our Facebook page. Any codes provided during consultation will be honored.
